V8Update.cmd fails on Windows 7 x64 (missing dependencies)

Due to a missing dependency (icu46 revision 214189) the V8Update.cmd process fails.

Also, the version of GYP specified by the Google V8 Project (within the dependencies: target of the official make file) is revision 1685. By using the latest python errors are generated referencing from the multiprocess package.

Also the official make file specifies revision 89111 of the python_26 "third_party" tool.

Only after applying the above changes was it possible to successfully build the v8 (ia32/x64) binaries (*.dll)

I have attached a patch file including my changes.

Sorry, I haven't had time to correct this. Google made a lot of changes and never updated their docs, so I just kept using my local working version of the source. There is a couple issue posts in here also with links to cases I opened with the V8 team. Thanks for your help on this. ;)

FYI: I have a link to my personal source I've been giving out as well that works.
