Enable V8 Debugging

Hi thank you for your work putting this up.

Any chance there's an easy way to enable V8 debugging?

Peeking through your code seems one would need to implement debugMessageDispatcher. Not sure what / how to implement this though, just calling _NativeV8EngineProxy = V8NetProxy.CreateV8EngineProxy(true, null, 1111); doesn't really seem to bring up the socket.

Sorry, that's an oversight. Passing in a port wasn't completed yet. I'll have to see what's involved to get it working as soon as I get time.

Can you please let me know what's the V8 revision you've used to compile the release version? I can't seem to nail it down and porting the code over to work on the latest V8 engine seems to be allot harder due to persistent and isolation changes.

Use the source in the dev branch; it should compile just fine (a lot of things changed in V8).
